The 51st National Day celebration has been commemorated all over the the national territory in grand style under the theme : "Defence Forces and Cameroonian People in harmony to safeguard peace and national unity, bedrock of a strong and prosperous Cameroon"

The Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife, being a para-military corps, was not left out in the celebrations. In all 10 regional headquaters,foresters gathered brightly dressed in their traditional traditional green uniforms to showcase, through the march pass how they contribute and other forest crimes.
