Attributions

The Technical Advisor, in his area of ​​expertise, is responsible for

to carry out forward-looking analyzes likely to inform the vision and the political direction which the Cabinet must give to the ministry;

contribute to the Cabinet’s mission of direction, governance and leadership;

to ensure strategic monitoring, in particular by collecting, processing and disseminating political, scientific and promotion information good practices making it possible to maintain the Minister, his Cabinet and the Ministry at a compatible level of information and knowledge with the demands of the era of information, communication and globalization technologies;

to centralize, within a database, all the information likely to favor the follow-up by the firm of sectors and structures of its field of competence in order to ensure the overall performance of the ministry;

to lead sessions and workshops for reflection / creativity / capitalization and training within the Cabinet and the Ministry;

to issue opinions on the files assigned to it by the Minister or by the Chief of Staff.
