For several decades, the training offer at ENEF has been geared towards the training of middle administrative staff intended for institutions and some private companies. Initial training, comprising three cycles, among others: cycle C, that of water and forestry technical officers (ATEF, BEPC + 2); cycle B1, that of water and forestry technicians (TEF, Probatoire + 2); cycle B2, that of senior water and forestry technicians (TSEF, BACC + 2) is still relevant and the training modules are intended to produce generalists. However, in the DSCE (strategy document for growth and employment 2010-2020), one of its major strategic axes is to have professional training oriented towards convincing results. It is with this in mind that the ENEF intends to develop the content of training with a view to placing particular emphasis on skilled or specialized trades. The new training offer will align with the needs of the day. It could be made up of the initial formation which remains the skeleton of the training within the ENEF, well-structured continuing training for development and retraining needs and distance training or alternately for the installation of a mapping center and the arrival of the internet connection. This new offer will lead us to reduced impact operations, using innovative rolex replica technologies, non-polluting energy production. Following the drafting of a strategic development plan, the study on the new offer of training led us to 16 skill centers oriented towards different professions and the integration of an engineering cycle work is also envisaged and in the long term the insertion of Master 1 and 2 cycles.
