hereby decides as follows
Article 1 : The suspension of the NKADA PKABO de DONGOGO Community Forest (FC N0 399) located in Ndelele Sub-Division, Kadey Division, East Region, pronounced through Decision No 0103/D/MINFOF/CAB of 24 March 2016, is with effect from the date of signature of this Decision lifted, following changes that have occurred with the Executive Board of the legal entity.
